What is MBAI?

The NATCCO Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (MBAI) is a life protection benefit offered FREE to all qualified members of the Regional and Central COMELEC Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (RECEMPCO). This program ensures that members and their families receive financial assistance during life’s most difficult moments.

COVERAGE & BENEFITS

1. Accidental Death

  • Benefit Amount: ₱100,000

  • This amount includes:

    • ₱50,000 for Accidental Death

    • ₱50,000 for Death Claim

2. Death Due to Illness

  • Benefit Amount: ₱50,000

    • Only the Death Claim portion applies.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be a registered RECEMPCO member

  • Aged 18 to 64 years old

  • Free of charge – no payment required for enrollment

  • Members with a medical history must attach a copy of their medical records

HOW TO ENROLL

Simply submit the following documents to the RECEMPCO office:

  1. Duly accomplished MBAI Membership Form

    • A visual guide is attached to help you fill out the form correctly.

  2. Required documents:

    • Original filled-out membership form

    • Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID

    • Medical records, if you have a history of illness

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

In the unfortunate event that a claim needs to be made, follow these simple steps:

  1. Download and complete the MBAI Claim Form (available below).

  2. Attach the required supporting documents, such as:

    • Valid ID of the claimant

    • Death certificate of the member

    • Any other relevant supporting documents (e.g., police report for accidental death)

  3. Send all scanned copies via email to: hello@recempco.com

Note: You may also submit the documents physically at the RECEMPCO office if preferred.
