Loan Requirements
• Equity requirement: P2,000 initial share capital
for new members
• Interest rate : 8% per annum
• Requirements:
- Members at least 18 years old but
not exceeding 64 years old
• Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) of 80,000
• Premium is 16.874.00
• Loanable amount is 17,950.00 with monthly
amortization of 1,495.83
• 12 months to pay

Can the loan be used for other insurance products?
No, the loan can only be used to pay for health insurance premiums with our partnered insurance company.

Can I apply for the loan multiple times?
Yes, as long as you are eligible and have repaid any previous loans, you may apply for the Special Health Insurance Loan again when the need arises.
